Husky joring by fatbike
Are you interested in experiencing a little excitement on your holiday? Imagine combining the fun of fat biking on the snow with the exhilaration of being pulled by a husky! It’s called husky-joring and we’ve been doing it for years and now we want to share it with you. A really fun guided experience combining fat biking and being pulled by a siberian husky on prepared trails, accompanied and assisted by your husky.
Before we take off, you will meet the dogs (maybe learn their names:)), and go over basic commands. Depending on the conditions and your previous bike experience you will start with one dog so you will get an idea of what it feels like and possibly put two dogs in front of the bike for a little more speed. You will accompany your guide for a ride on prepared trails and by the end of the tour you will have built a bond with ‘your’ very own husky as you travel together. The tour ends with sandwiches and something warm to drink. The amazing memories are yours to keep!
This tour is available during winter and fall.
